Service Description
Ready to try bungee fitness? Start with this class! No prior bungee experience needed. Bungee fitness is a high intensity low impact cardio workout. Plus, the bungees add resistance helping to tone your full body. The bungees also reduce the impact on your joints making it nicer on your knees than traditional cardio workouts. And, you get to fly! The first 15 minutes of class will be for setup and familiarizing participants with their harness and bungees. Participants must meet age, height and weight requirements - age 12 or older; participants between age 12 and 15 must be accompanied by a participating, responsible adult, between 5' and 6'5"; 90-240 lbs.

Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation by Participant If you must cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your payment and the ability to book future classes. If you are a no show to 3 classes or more, you will be required to prepay before booking future classes. Class Cancellation by Studio If a class has 1 or fewer booked participants 2 hours before the class is scheduled to begin, Flying Buddha Fitness will cancel the class. Any participants that have booked this class, will be notified and will not lose any class credits or payments.
